alcohol turbo bike exaust temps?

I'm building a outlaw prostreet drag bike and planing on running a turbo/alcohol setup.I have built alot of drag race turbo systems for cars but rules wouldn't allow the use of alcohol so i have no experience tuning with it.I guess my question is what is an optimum exhaust temp I should look for? Any other info that might be helpful would be great.thanx
