I need some assistance with meshing of geometry for glass forming process

Intial geometrical shape is Cylindrical (6 mm thick)
Final geometrical shape is Cylindrical (1 mm thin disc) after forming with flat mold dies
Temperature: heated till 600 C and then forming is done. Finally cooling
Model: Axisymmetric model ( Cylindrical model)
Type of Analysis: ABAQUS/ Standard
Type of formulation: Coupled Temperature displacement
Material: Glass at high temperature it behaves as viscoelastic (included in model)

The cylindrical disc is subjected to large deformation. I have used ALE settings for controlling the distortion of mesh But still I get warning messages as
Excessive distortion taking place in element

Further at the axisymmetric line the node displaces from the axisymmetric line. The shape elements seems to be improper. Kindly could anyone suuggest in regarding to use of ALE setting? Do I need to do Explicit type of analysis? Kindly suggest
