All around Modifier to Dimension not Datum

Hello,

I am running NX 7.5.2 on windows XP 32bit.

I am trying to add All Around modifiers to some radius dimensions in drafting. I can add them with datums or with notes with jogs, but I want to add them to my radius dimensions at the jog, without having to go in and place datum circles.

I thought I used to be able to do this in older versions of NX.
