All Around Symbol on Leader in NX2

Does anyone know of a method to edit the "All Around Symbol" off of an existing Annotation Leader? I see the "Annotation Placement" toobar when CREATING a NEW leader, but not when editing an existing leader? UGNX 2.0.5.2

The only method that I am aware of currently is to remove the leader and re-add.
