Allowable Stresses for Low Alloy Steel Castings

ASME Section II Part D deals with allowable stresses
for various materials. While ASTM A487 Gr 4 Cl A material is covered, some of the other classes of this material
like Cl D are not covered. Could any one throw some light on this and the reason behind it ?
