Can anyone advise on the allowable stresses to use for A516 gr70N?

Due to the negative temperature application, B31.3 States that the normalised version must be used. I couldn't find a separate material entry for 516 gr70N and so I wanted to check if:

1) the allowable stresses are different in comparison to 516 gr70
2) it is, where is this listed
3) the allowable stresses are interchangeable between 516 gr70 and 516 gr70N

Can anyone advise on this?

Kind regards

Look at ASME B&PV Code, Section II, Part D. The stress line for SA 516 plate is shown for Grade 70. The benefit of normalization heat treatment is for toughness purposes and has nothing to do with credit for tensile strength, which means N or as-rolled stress line applies. The Grade 70 can be supplied either as-rolled for thickness 1.5" and under, and normalized for thickness greater than 1.5".
