Hello Everyone,

We are looking for some suggestions for reliable suppliers (mill/stockist) of alloy pipe. We are trying to source DN400, DN200,DN150, DN80, DN65..
Welded tube is fine. Our previous supplier in China is unable to supply right now. Anyone can help out? Required length for larger size approx. 20-60m for both alloys. Location of site is in Korea.

Thanks everyone.

So many South Korean companies like Daelim, Hyundai and Samsung used to procure such material locally even ten yeras back. What happened to those South Korean manufacturers?

Good, you have to hire a qualified materials engineer from a certification company to be present at the mill for verification when this batch is being prepared. This is practiced in ExxonMobil when required. Not many mills are prepared to have a 3rd party witness poking around.
Fake materials and substandard copycat equipment from China are flooding the Western world.

The mill has no say in inspections, other than to not take the order.
The specifications say that there shall be access.
Doing full QA audits can be another matter.

Stan, I would hesitate to use 'Special Metals' and 'help' in the same sentence.
They quit being helpful years ago.
