Alloys and/or coatings or unique materials to resist green death?

Is there any public database that would detail an exhaustive list of testing/publications on various alloys and materials against green death solution?

We have a process that is disturbingly similar to green death and likely more corrosive. We've been evaluating various coatings to extend lifetime against the C276 alloy and haven't had luck. Zirconia-yytride thermal spray coatings catastrophically corrode the substrate due to porosity and layer delamination. Aluminum diffusion coatings seem to provide a minor benefit. Not sure what direction to go here at this point since it's difficult to characterize the process media as sample points would represent a dilute version of the sample.

Thanks for any help/guidance on this.

I have built pumps to handle Green Death and I used C22 for nearly everything.
Your welds have to be perfect.
You could try searching by the ASTM G28
