ISTAT 300 is a range of transducers manufactured by GEC Relays in the late 1980's / early 1990's. GEC relays have since been owned by Areva, Alstom, and are now owned by GE Grid.

I suggest that you contact GE Grid at St Leonard's Works in Stafford using this form. They have access to almost all of the old GEC manuals. I doubt you will be able to purchase such an old transducer today, but they may recommend an alternative. The ISTAT range still exists but has been updated significantly and the old 300 series appears to have been superceded.
