Alternative for Flange 6" class 900

I have requirement for FLANGE: 6", CLASS 900, SCH 80, RJ, WN, CS, A350, Gr. A105N/LF2 CL1/LF2 CL2/LF6 CL 2 B16.5. I checked with all Client approved Stockist and Manufacturer but i didn't found the stock. we don't a have time to wait for Manufacturing.
What is a solution to solve this issue.

Class 1500?
What DID they have in stock at 6" class 900?? Only then can you make any judegment.

Change the material to something else. I didn't understand the list of things after A350....

Weld it instead of a flange connection?

What are you connecting to?

Find any stockiest who has it and then ask the client if they can use them.

You will always find someone to make it for you in a short time, but it might cost you 10 times as much.

The stock is only 6" upto 600 class, I changed the Grade from LF6 to LF2 & A105N even though its not in stock.

This Flange will connect to Gate Valve, welding is not acceptable.
 
?? Have you not already specified a WN RJ (weld neck ring joint) flange, why do you reject welding?

If time-of-arrival onsite of the two flanges is limited, you will be unlikely to go up to a higher rated flange since the existing valve bolt holes won't line up to the higher-rated pipe flange bolt holes. You'd end up needing to buy a new valve.
 
I'm a bit confused by the varying specs that you've mentioned. You've list several standards that place an emphasis on low temperature. I would only caution that whatever is ultimately chosen can actually handle the necessary low temperature of your system. Especially regarding A350 LF2 CL1 and CL2 because they have very different impact test requirements. I'm a bit confused why LF2 Class 2 even shows up in the same list as some of the other ones.

One option is to possibly have a traditional raised face flange provided and machine/convert it to a ring joint flange. I wouldn't perform this yourself as there's critical dimensions to maintain although there may be a local shop that would be equipped to do this with your client's approval.

This is a question that your client I would assume would be able to assist with. If they've specified the approved vendors which don't have the capability to provide the materials you need then that's something they should be able to work with on correcting. Increasing class rating at that size normally is only going to make sourcing the materials even more of a challenge. It doesn't sound like a metallurgy issue, it sounds like they don't have any ring joint past that size/class rating regardless of material. A105N should be fairly standard.
