Hi -

I think the title is descriptive enough - I'm looking for something other than hall effect sensors to accurately determine rotational position at speeds up to 45000 RPM, and be relatively economical... I am currently using 3 hall sensors to drive a brushless motor and would like to look into any creative alternate solution.

Dear Sir,

My company has recently developed a simple and inexpensive sensorless drive for bldc motors that would appear to be a solution to your requirements. Let me know if you want more information and I can post a URL to my company.

Best Regards,
Gareth Jones

Many companies make BLDC motor drives ( IC or complete circuits). Search for"brushless motor" <nbucska@pcperipherals.com>
