What is the concentration of NaOH required in a caustic/water solution to cause maximum dissolution rate of aluminium?

We currently use 25% NaOH to dissolve aluminium from extrusion dies.

Aluminium dissolution will increase with increasing pH, so a concentrated NaOH solution should provide maximum dissolution. However, you may not want to handle concentrated NaOH, so use the maximum concentration you are comfortable with.
