Aluminium Rectangular Hollow Section

I have been searching for a supplier of Aluminium Rectangular Hollow Section of size 40 x 25 x 2 mm with external corner radii of 2 or 3 mm. This external radius is important as a cosmetic/aesthetic feature in a design of a trolley. Sharper corners will not do. Most British suppliers only provide imperial sizes, but we want metric. Does anybody know where to find this size?

This appears to be a size that could be easily extruded. Have you tried large producers like Alcoa, Hydro, Kaiser, etc.?

If this particular size of not available you can get an extrusion die made. Depends on your budget and quantities.
