Aluminum 380 and A380 2

Can someone explain to me what the difference is between the Aluminum alloys 380 and A380?
I'm also having trouble to determine whether ASTM SC84B is a legitimate spec. It gets listed by search engines but is not listed on ASTM's site. I'm converting old drawings to CAD and have to replace obsolete specifications with their new versions.

As defined in ASTM B 85 Standard Specification for Aluminum-Alloy Die Castings, the difference between the two alloys is the maximum iron concentration: 2.00 mass percent for 380.0 and 1.30 mass percent for A380.0. A380.0 is for the cold chamber process. The lower iron concentration provides better corrosion resistance.

SC84B is an obsolete designation for 380 alloy.
