aluminum allowable fatigue stress - semi range?

Hello,

The CSA code S157 for welded aluminum has a fatigue range chart with values for "semi-range". Is the semi-range chart the same as a standard AWS chart for fatigue range, or is the CSA semi-range only half range. For example category F, ten million cycles, has a value of 5mPa (725 psi). Is this half of the stress range or the full stress range?
