% IACS stands for Percent of the International Annealed Copper Standard. It is a measure of electrical conductivity. You can find values in the ASM Handbook:

The thing to watch carefully is that for some of heat treatable Al alloys the condictivity changes greatly when they are heat treated.
As far as I know the values in the AMS handbook are very reliable.
