can 6061 and 6063 aluminum alloys welded to each other?

Yes, they can. Table 1.2 in ANSI/AWS D1.2-97 indicates that a 4043 electrode can be used with footnotes for several other acceptable rods. Table 7.2-1 in "Specifications for Aluminum Structures - ASD", Seventh Ed. indicates a 5356 electode. Again it has a footnotes with other electrodes that can be used. 4043 is among them.

I'm not expert enough to suggest a particular rod. Besides who ever is would need a lot more information.

We use 4043 wire unless the service temperature is over 150 DegF
