Not the best title i agree but my question is. What would be the best glue/resin/epoxy to use to permanently fix to machineed billet aluminum parts together ? These will not be subjected to huge tempretures but will be subjected to some vibration and unfortunatly welding is not a possibility..
Any help would be greatly appriecated.

I have used Fusor brand 2 part metal adhesive in a very high stress enviroment with zero failures.

Also 3M and some other manufacturers may do something suitable.

Hit the web and you will find something suitable.
