Does anyone know of a good book that has design examples on how to design aluminum angles for use in structures?

The Aluminum Design Manual available from The Aluminum Association (<A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> a good manual as well as some of their other publications.

One caution with aluminum is that all structural shapes have some level of tempering (T-0 thru T-6+), so design for welding requires significantly reduced allowable stresses and the yield stresses change with temper, obviously.
