Aluminum pouring ladles. How to coat ??

I am looking for some help in improving the coating of pouring pan/ladles in an Aluminum Gravity Die Casting operation.

I am trying to reduce the dross left in the pans and the number of times that the pan must be coated during a normal shift.

If additional information is needed just ask.
