Hello, I have an Amada LC-3015D2 with the C2000B laser that we are having issues with. The machine shuts down and drops high voltage almost every time it passes X5.30 going towards X0.0. When it started we were getting a "2158 Shutter Enable Key" alarm and the machine had to be fully shut down because it dropped the high voltage. We were also getting a "4079 Laser Alarm: Push Reset Key" alarm. Pushing the reset key would not clear the alarm. This continued to happen and now we get a "4100 Laser Alarm: Inverter 1". The machine always shuts down in the same spot, within a quarter inch, going the same direction.

Any ideas on what is going on? Things to look at or try?

Did you ever find a solution?
Happening at the same point seems to point at machine cabling or a weird software issue.
What cabling flexes when the X-axis moves? Or is there a slowdown limit at that point?

check the rack on your x axis sounds like you have some sort of obstruction between the rack and pinion on x axis also check your bearings.

No solution yet. Suspect it is a cable issue, but we are still looking into it. Had a guy here for service on the machine and could not get it to happen while he was here, of course it happen 2 hours after he left. I will check the rack, but i believe that has already been checked. It only happens occasionally.

check if your cut parts are square. maybe hte gantry is out of alignment causing it to bind.

During alarm check the LED indication in Turbo blower VFD inside oscillator panel. Based on the number we can predict the cause
