Amada HFA-400W Saw

I have been dealing with a Amada saw that the rear vise (positioning vise) hunts for position then times out I've replaced the proportional valve with a known good one replaced the encoder all with no luck has anyone had this problem befor

I got it it was a sticky contact on the relay board
