Amada Laser FO-3015 NT - Unable to find the root cause

Hi, my client has a Amada laser FO-3015NT with Fanuc controller cutting precision problem. The Amada service team have changed all the parts that they thought might causing the problem but failed to rectify it. Anyone can help or had the similar problem?

parts out of tolerance? is every part out the exact same or is is random? Where is it out of tolerance? does cutting speed affect it?
