Amada LCG 3015 AJ vinyl cutting conditions

Hi everyone,

We have a Amada LCG 3015 AJ 2KW
I have been having issues with ballooning on sheet scraping cuts at the start of the program, its certain vinyl types and I have run out of ideas to stop it, Normally I have a pre pierce set up nozzle height 30mm duty 30% and gas pressure of 0.10 to fry it before the pierce.

last thing I attempted was a pre cut diameter etch to give the gas a place to escape but that didn't work.

I would also like to be able to cut 4mm+ with plastic on which I have not been able to set up yet.

If anyone could advise me that would be great or even better a jkax file of your settings so I can see the differences in our settings and see where I am going wrong on this and any future issues.

How thick is material you would like to cut with foil? I can check tomorow my parameters buth one thing is important for youre fiber laser, foil must be intended for fiber laser cutting.

Hi Valdanos,
The ballooning is laserfilm on the sheets and its mainly 1.5 it does it with.

For cutting with the vinyl on have up to 4mm perfect but 5mm and 6mm its just a mess for me
