The maximum ambient temperature at the site location is 45 degree Celsius. The motor to be installed in Hazardous area and the maximum ambient temperature stated in the Motor datasheet is 35 degree Celsius for hazardous area and 45 degree Celsius for safe area.

How do I go with this?

NickParker: Sounds like you have surface temperature issues with either the machine winding or the anti-condensation heaters. If the nameplate limits ambient to 35 C for hazardous - and the actual ambient is higher - you CANNOT use as is. You only have three choices: 1) provide conditioned (i.e. extra-cool to something less than 35 C) air to the machine, 2) add a secondary cooling circuit (think "water-air") so that the secondary coolant brings the "air into machine" temperature down to something lower than 35 C, or 3) get another machine with the correct rating.
