analyse concrete dam with abaqus

i want to analyse dam with abaqus with concrete damage plasticity
i havae fracture energy=150 N/m, and tensile strength=2MPa
how to ipute these information?
i need excel file for these
also for input record of quake software error about increment : is too large
what should i do ?
