analysis characteristics of ac contactor

sir,
how can i do to make the measurement system to analys the characteristics of ac contactor?i want to make an analysis of ac contactor during voltage sags.

Run the contactor coil with a VARIAC variable transformer. Using a voltmeter you can turn down the VARIAC until the contactor starts to chatter. This will tell you when it would drop out during a sag. Leave it mounted in its normal oreintation and of course disconnect its load or supply before this test.
