Anchor bolt embedment question into existing concrete

We need to embed new anchor bolts into an existing foundation. I have attached a sketch showing a similar design to what we're planning to do. Basically my question is how much concrete cover do you need above the anchor bolt to the edge of the top of concrete (see red marks on sketch)? We are trying to get it as close to the top of concrete as possible, obviously missing any rebar that is in the foundation already. There is about 1,650 lbs of shear on the steel we're bolting to the concrete and using 6 bolts (so about 300 per bolt).

Dont even need Profis the ICC report will have the minimum edge distance which I believe is 1.75".
