I've found an abstract of what seems like a useful report, but I can't locate a copy on the web. The report is "Interaction of Anchors with Soil and Anchor Design" by Robert J. Taylor, 1982. It's a US Navy document so I figure it must be free and available, I just can't find it thru Google. Anyone know of link where I can download it, or is anyone willing to share a copy of this 50 page document?

I need to calculate the wave load on a horizontal 3x12 stringer. Pile bent spacing is 15', water depth is 12.5', pile height is 18' and the middle of the stringer is 3.5' below the top of pile. This project is a residential pier extending approximately 200' from the coastline in Rhode Island.

Thanks,
