Hi,
Can anyone guide me to the sections of British Standards similar to Appendix D: Anchorage to Concrete of ACI codes.

I need to compare the pullout and breakout strength provisions of ACI and BS.

Not aware of anything specifically in British standards, but this is applicable to European practices.

Look up Hilti's methods according to ETAG.

Gold standard in anchor design and testing, or so I am lead to believe.
