Dear sirs:
We want any informations about how to determine the number of anods and their repartition in the drop of tank (oil-crude)
Thanks

Is this actually a request for information on cathodic (not anodic) protection.

In either case, it should be recognized that the engineering designs of such systems are not trivial exercises.

It's really very simple.

The number of anodes depends on the expected corrosion current and how this is distributed between the anodes while meeting their current density limits, which depend on the size and material of the anodes you select.
The distribution of the anodes depends on the conductivity and volumetric shape of the corrosive solution and must be designed to optimize the primary current density delivered to the protected surface.
So, do you feel any wiser about doing this for yourself or will you call in a specialist (as is already recommended)?
