Hello, this is my first time posting.I am in intern at a machine shop in Southern California, and I have been asked to find a place nearby that sells anodizing equipment, as well as equipment for passivation and chemical filming. The CEO plans on bringing all surface treatments and coating processes in house. I have searched online and I could not find any place close by that sells anodizing equipment, but i have reached out to Aluminum Anodizing Equipment in Rialto, CA. I have also seen that there is a price Walgren facility in Tijuana, but I doubt they can help us pass EPA and OSHA inspections. How should I go about finding a decent equipment supplier who would design, build, install and help us get started on our own Anodizing line? I am tempted to tell the CEO to hire an anodizing consultant, but I do not know of any nearby or how much they would charge. We make parts mainly for Aerospace companies, so most of our Anodizing is MIL-A-8625, most of our chem film is MIL-DTL-5541 and most of our passivation is to ASTM-A-380. Any tips or links would be highly appreciated. Thanks
