For some reason, cookie wall and login wall didn't happen to me.

I guess it will provide something to do with the crane tomorrow. It's already in position!

Well, it seems like it was a wire rope failure and not a structural failure. I wonder if the crane structure might have been damaged by that sudden release of strain though. It is analogous to a bow being dry fired. Can't wait to see the investigation into why the wire rope failed. Wire rope is a wear component though...
 
An on board crawler suffered some damage but that might be small potatoes.

This is as close as you cab get to an overbalanced accident as you can get, with out actually having one. The dynamic load on the luffing ropes looks huge.
