Another person looking for help with a GE spec

I'm beginning to question if there isn't a typo in that, based on what I've been able to find (literally, nothing).

We are sheet steel producers, so I'm leaning toward it is supposed to be a B50 spec of some form?

Any help appreciated, time sensitive.
