The target audience is women, but most of it would apply to just about anyone who doesn't fit the "aggressive male" stereotype--which includes a lot of stereotypical introverted engineers, non-Americans from less aggressive cultures working in the U.S., etc. Based on posts I've seen on both this forum and the "obstacles" forum next door, I think a lot of people here might see themselves in some of the workplace behavioral "mistakes" she describes.
