ANSI B1.1 Thread Pitch Tolerance

I am unable to locate the thread pitch tolerance according to B1.1. We have run into a particular situation.

During QC inspection we have found a part with a thread callout of 1 3/8NF x 12TPI - 2B. The thread pitch was measured to be 11.95, is this accepatable to the B1.1 standard?

I think the variation in pitch has to be accommodated within the overall thread form variation but I may be wrong.
