Could anyone give my information as to the pipe testing procedure for pressure piping in ansi b31 - test pressure, length of time etc.?

Which ASME B31 Pressure Piping Code are you working under for your project?

If it is B31.3, the requirements for pressure testing are detailed in Paragraph 345.4.2, 3, 345.5.5. Based on these requirements, you can generate a procedure for the Inspector to review.

Ok, what is your specific application? What is your involvement because you really need to have a copy of the appropriate Code for your work?
