ANSI B56.1 Certification

What is the process and the requirement to have a product certified B56.1 or to have it "comply with ANSI B56.1"?

We only manufacture forks and attachment, not the entire truck. Do we only need to test our product to meet B56.1? Do we need external approuval from a certifed lab? From ANSI?

Same question for ISO 2330...
