Good day, does anyone know for the ANSI standard for repairing transformer?

I don't believe there is one.

There is not any ANSI standard as such for repairing of transformers.But the following standards will be of help.

1)IEEE/ANSI std C57.140-2006 - Guide for Evaluation nad Reconditioning of oil filled transformers
2)C57.125-1991 -Failure investigation
3) IEEE std 62-2005 Diagnostic field testing.
