ANSI Z535 safety colors; where is gloss specified?

Dear all,

We are uncertain of the gloss specification of safety colors per ANSI Z535.
We require this for designing and inspection of labels.

We have purchased ANSI Z535.1. Do the values mentioned herein also account for gloss?

I'm not familiar with the mentioned CIE and Munsell systems, but on paints we always use a color and separate gloss specification.

I plan on purchasing the ANSI Z535 Safety Color Chart aswell. That specifies each color's ink formulation and closest Pantone
color.

It's been a long time for me but I believe the paint vendor would supply that, or at least make a suggestion. Maybe it's in a table on their website. Just choose one and look.
