ANSYS 13 apdl startup problem

i am ansys 13 64bit on win 7 64bit .. when i start ansys apdl through product launcher the following error comes and gui nnot started !! what to do ??

Why don't you contact ANSYS directly as that sounds like a general ANSYS program error rather than a specific engineering related error?
