ANSYS APDL 18.2 - Symmetric Stiffened Plate

Hello,

I'm a new ANSYS user and could someone give me some help about this tutorial:

I'm trying to replicate it but can't get the same answear in the end, any advice about what i could do is welcome!

The element i'm using to do it is the SHELL281.

SHELL281 is most recent structural shell element formulation. Both are not really identical and some added features in SHELL281. Try enforcing SHELL93 element using ET command.
ET,1,SHELL93

If results are not matching then problem is in BC's or forces or no of elements or elsewhere in analysis input/key options selected .
