Hi, could you help me with my parametric model please? I have a problem with the end of spring. At the end of load (displacement) is problem with solve stress because there is concentrated stress and it shouldn't be. I didn't define contact between coils yet. I need to repair this fail at first.

The code is in attachment.

First, do you have midside nodes turned on? You need them when modeling a curved surface. I would experiment with a finer mesh, at least in that area.

I tried to set a finer mesh but I have only student license so I'm limited with 32 000 nodes. And could you please explain me how to turn on midside nodes? This is my first solid model in ansys so I'm little bit confused. When I want to set it with command emid so nothing happens. Thanks
