Hello,
I was wondering if anyone thought of Ansys as a linear solver? I would like then to know if it can be used for such thing. I mean, Nastran can be used to solve huge linear systems, it accepts two inputs [A] and {b} to solve for {x}.
Does anyone know if ansys also provides this nice feature? and solves a vector {x} by providing it a matrix [A] and a vector {b}? I thought if it solves the linear elastic equation [K]{U}={f}, then it would be nice if its flexible enough to accept [K] and {f}, instead of accepting only {f} and finding [K] internally.
