Ansys - Bending Moments from Stiff43

Please adivse on how to display a contour plot of bending moments for a fixed ended cantilever wall subject to udl, what sign convention is used. I have used MSC Aries and Nastran previously which displays moments in the direction of the global coordinate system with a negative value giving tension on the element top face. I am now using Ansys 5.6
