Is there a way to get Ansys to calculate and show the bending stress of an arbitrary beam element without having to mesh it?

Please provide some clarification on what you are trying to accomplish.

I'm trying to get ansys to calculate the stress in an arbitrary beam section that has user defined properties for the ASEC type beam. For the project I'm working on I need to work with unmeshed elements.

What is an unmeshed element? Having an element makes it a mesh.

I need to find the bending stress in the beams without converting the element into isoparametrics.

*confused*

I guess you could create one element to represent your beam as long as it had a rectangular cross section. But it will be hopelessly inaccurate as you need several elements through the section to capture bending accurately. You might run into aspect ratio problems depending on the geometry you choose. But it will still be ‘meshed’ so it might not satisfy your original criteria.
