ANSYS CFX MFX ... Guide

I want to do FSI analysis. i want to use CFX for fluid simulation and ANSYS for structural analysis. Can anybody give a worked exercise or example so i can learn the procedure of do the FSI analysis.
I am trying to read the ANSYS help for it but can not find a step by step type of instructions.

Didn't anybody used MFX yet .. i am facing confusion in using it..
Can anybody just write a step by step procedure in simple language (not now press that button type) just the stages for setting and running the simulation.
I want to run MFX with ANSYS (prep7 issuing commands) not the CFX solver manager.

Kindly help !!
