Hello,
I'm modeling a large plastic deformation similar to deep drawing in Workbench. The solids involved are very heavy and large, but the process is so slow (maybe 20 seconds) that the inertial effects must be 0. It has ca. 20000 elements. What settings should I put besides "Quasi-static"?
I've been successful with other analysis within the range of 1E-4 s and 1E-3 s, but they took into consideration the inertias. If I put a duration of 20s, is says it'll take 300h to calculate (even though I'm avoiding excessively small elements).
Thank you.
