Ansys explicit - how to activate ANP formulation for tet elements?

Hi,

I understood that the ANP formulation for tet elements is available with the EXPLICIT STR module. Is this correct?
If so - is this the "default" element when choosing "explicit" as the physics in workbench meshing? If not, how can I tell workbench to use ANP when meshing with tet elements?
