Ansys explicit STR (AUTODYN) - point mass

Hi,

I understood that there is no option to use a point mass in ANSYS explicit STR (AUTODYN).
Since I am using this concept alot in explicit simulations (to replace solid bodies that are of no interest in regard of stresses to the simulation) I am looking for a workaround for this.
Can anyone using AUTODYN / Explicit STR recommand a workaround for using point mass?
